The general terms governing Steroid Codes products, licenses, digital delivery, support and custom development.
Products
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Steroid Codes products and services, including software, scripts, themes, SaaS-related software, downloadable source code, documentation, support and custom development services.

A purchase of software or source code grants a license to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. For CodeCanyon purchases, the applicable Envato Market license governs the permitted use. Unless the applicable license states otherwise, one license covers one end product.
Where Steroid Codes offers Regular and Extended licensing, the exact permitted use is described on the Licenses page and by the applicable marketplace license. In particular, a buyer must select a license appropriate to whether the end product is free or monetized for end users.
Digital products are generally delivered by download or through the marketplace through which the purchase was made. Buyers are responsible for maintaining backups of downloaded files and for meeting the stated technical requirements.
Where a product is sold as supported on CodeCanyon, support is provided according to the Envato Item Support Policy and the support period shown with the purchase. Support concerns technical questions, functionality and reproducible issues. Installation, hosting administration, custom development and third-party systems are not automatically included unless expressly stated.
Custom development is governed by the quotation, scope, deliverables, timeline and payment terms agreed for the project. A custom project may include separate provisions concerning intellectual property, source-code delivery, maintenance, hosting and acceptance.
Products may depend on third-party libraries, APIs, hosting providers or services. Those components remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Steroid Codes does not grant rights that it does not own.
Prices and applicable taxes are those displayed at the time of purchase by the relevant sales channel. For marketplace purchases, Envato Market handles the transaction and applicable marketplace charges and tax treatment according to its own terms.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, the applicable marketplace rules and mandatory consumer law.
Products are supplied with the functionality described on the relevant product page, subject to the applicable license and support terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Steroid Codes is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data caused by the customer's environment, or failures of third-party services.
All rights in Steroid Codes software, documentation, branding and original materials remain with their respective rights holders unless expressly transferred in writing. Unauthorized copying, redistribution or resale is prohibited.
We may suspend access to services where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse or a material breach. Termination does not remove obligations or rights that by their nature survive termination.
These terms are governed by applicable French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's country of residence. Consumers may use any mandatory alternative dispute resolution or competent court rights available to them under applicable law.
